I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes & I was overweight, I had acid reflux so bad I couldn’t lay down & sleep. When the dr tell you, you can literally walk out the door & have a massive stroke or heartattack, that gets your attention real quick, that was a wake-up call for me.

I was about to die a premature death unnecessarily. I wanted to live & not with restrictions.

I had to ask myself a question & had to be ready for the truth.

How did you allow yourself to get to this place?

That was a tough question, it required me to seek the answer. What I knew was until I got to the bottom of that, the weight wasn’t going anywhere & I was a ticking time bomb.

What happens is we go on with life, taking care of the home, husband, kids, dog & we’re usually last on the list, I’m saying all this to say, “life happens” but don’t let it happen without you, take care of yourself so you can take care of other things!

Take it from me, you don’t have to live with diseases like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, those diseases restrict your life & the way you live your life.
